Thermal Camping Zalakaros has some great news for the launch of the 2024 season: we have brand new apartments and mobile houses added to our beautiful, green grounds, which are dotted with trees and groves. This is a huge change for the campsite, and opens up the possibility of a whole new kind of camping experience for our guests.

Completely redecorated apartments
As of the 2024 season, Thermal Camping Zalakaros offers two completely redecorated apartments that have been refurbished with brand new equipment. This year, you can be among the first to try these well-equipped accommodation options, which come with their own kitchen, bathroom and bed-sitting room, the latter equipped with comfortable new beds and a sofa.

Four brand new mobile houses have also been installed at the campsite this year, three of which are temperature-controlled and have an all-season finish. Each mobile house has two sleeping pods and a living room, which also have a corner sofa that can be converted into beds for two more guests. The double sleeping pod is big enough to accommodate a cot comfortably. The mobile houses come with their own dining area, kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Each mobile house also has a patio and all-new furniture.

The mobile houses and apartments were designed with comfort and ease of use in mind. These modern accommodations have fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms, so guests can enjoy comfort like at home while also experiencing a genuine camping holiday.

Parking right next to your accommodation
You can park your car conveniently and free of charge right next to your mobile house, and you will also benefit from a free space at the nearby designated car park.
Pets can stay in our mobile houses at Thermal Camping Zalakaros
Our campsite offers pet-friendly accommodation, so you can bring your dogs with you, for an additional fee. Subject to some basic housekeeping rules, four-legged family members can also enjoy a camping holiday with us, and can even stay with you in a mobile house. If they do, you will be charged a one-off extra cleaning charge on top of the pet surcharge to ensure your peace of mind and that the guests checking in after you can enjoy a spotlessly clean place to stay.
