Privacy Policy
The current policy was compiled in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Regulation (EC) No 95/46.
Pursuant to the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the right to information self-determination and freedom of information, Club Pannon Camps & Hotels Kft, (owner of current website and the operator of the accommodations included in the website, registered office: 19 Hunyadi utca 7625 Pécs, Hungary, Company registry no.: 02-09-083020, Tax ID.: 10727445-2-02, hereinafter referred to as “Campsite”) is considered a data controller.
The Campsite only handles data that you provide directly to us during the use of our service, based on the forms found on the website, or during a direct inquiry (e-mail, telephone) or in person when occupying the accommodation.
Providing information is voluntary. Data processing is based on your consent and the legislation required to perform the contract. By accepting this statement, you consent to the processing of your personal data.
If you choose not to provide the requested personal information, you may not be able to access certain parts of the service (for example, when booking accommodation), so you must fill in the fields marked with an asterisk when booking accommodation or other services.
In the case of a child under the age of 16, the processing of children’s personal data is lawful only and to the extent if the consent has been given or authorized by the person exercising parental control over the child.
The Campsite will only use your information for customer contact reasons in order to keep in touch with you as a customer and to provide you with even better services from time to time. Based on this, you will receive your booking at the contact details provided and we will be able to inform you about your actual booking (arrival time, reconciliation, change of booking, weather information, etc.). In addition, the Campsite will meet the various legislative requirements (making a tourist tax statement and pay the tourist tax) based on the information provided, pursuant to the provisions of Act C of 1990 on Local Taxes, and the municipal decree 45/2007 (XII.14.) by the Board of Representatives of the Municipality of the town of Siófok on the local taxes and the order of taxation, and the municipal decree 41/2011 (XII.13.) by the Board of Representatives of the Municipality of the town of Zamárdi on local taxes and the order of taxation. This provides the legal grounds of data processing.
Further legal grounds for data processing are pursuant section 73 (2) of Act II of 2007 on the entry and residence of third-country nationals, whereby the specified data (Name, Place of Birth, Time, Mother’s Name, Nationality, Gender) of a third-country-national guests (not an EU Member State, Switzerland, Liechtenstein or Norway) using the accommodation, the provider of the accommodation must keep records (guestbook). Sections153-154 of the Government Decree. 114/2007 (V. 24.) on the implementation of the above law states that guestbooks can be kept either by manual method (in the form of a book) or by computer. The manner in which the register is kept shall be determined by the operator of the commercial accommodation. Guestbooks must be submitted to the Regional Directorate of the Office of Immigration and Nationality by 31 March of the following year.
If you belong to one of the following groups, you do not have to pay tourist tax: a) an individual under the age of 18; (b) an individual receiving inpatient care in a hospital or a social institution; c) persons residing in the territory of competence of the local government based on a legal relationship of students at a secondary or higher education institution, due to the action of an authority or a court, within the confines of vocational training, due to the fulfilment of a service obligation, or, as an entrepreneur carrying out an activity in accordance with section 37(2) of Act C of 1990 on Local Taxes and having the registered office or premises in the territory or his/her employees staying in the area of competence of the settlement in order to carry their work, d) those owning or renting a holiday home in the area of competence of the local government, relatives of the members of a housing association with the right to use a holiday home owned by the housing association, or a relative of the owners or tenants, and members of the housing association with the right to use the holiday home owned by the housing association, for the duration of the right to use it;,
The Campsite will ask you to provide the following information during your booking or registration at the accommodation: name, place and time of birth, place of residence, address, email address, telephone number, license plate number, ID number.
The Campsite will keep the received data for 10 years, after which they will be deleted. We have set the period of keeping the data for such a long period of time so that we can greet you as our returning regular guest later on as well.
The personal data will only be used or stored by the Campsite for the purpose of contacting you.
The Campsite declares that the personal data and information provided by the users of the site are handled by itself or by a data processor appointed by it, in compliance with the data protection rules. The data provided by you voluntarily during the data management can only be accessed by the employees of the Campsite while fulfilling their job-related obligations.
Your personal data will be transferred by the Campsite for the purpose of reservations to Dóra Egry, a sole proprietor (registered office: 7625 Pécs, Szőlő utca 50.); for the purposes of issuing invoices to COMET-TAX Kft (company registry no.: 20-09-062781, tax ID.: 11362197-2-20, registered office: 13 Rákóczi u. Zalaegerszeg, 8900, Hungary.); for the maintenance of the booking system to MT-HostWare Számítástechnikai Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság., company registry no.: 01-09-263594 (registered office: 120-122 Róna utca 1149 Budapest, Hungary.), The Campsite will only provide your data to the users (data processors) specified in this section, in order to perform the sub-tasks necessary to fulfil the contract, and they may use the data only for these purposed and may not transmit them. We will not disclose your data to anyone outside the European Union, and we will oblige our partners to act the same way.
Except for the use of the booking system, the processing of the data will be “pseudonymised” after the performance of the contract, except for direct communication with you. This means that we use and process the personal information provided by our customers in such a way that it cannot be traced back to a specific person, i.e. to you. The purpose of this data management is to enable us to assess the distribution of our guests by age or nationality and to use our data to improve our services.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, you may request information about the processing of your personal data or any privacy incidents affecting your data. The data controller will inform you of this without undue delay, but in any case, within one month of receipt the of your request.
You have the right to update, modify, correct or request the deletion of your personal data and to object to the processing of your data via the contact details provided in this statement.
You have the right to receive the data managed by the Campsite in a machine-readable format and to transmit this data to another data controller (data carrying).
If you request the deletion of your data, the Campsite will delete all data from all databases at all possible access points.
The Campsite does not wish to allow unsolicited e-mails, but at the same time wishes to reserve the right to notify you by e-mail of information that is important to you in accordance with the provisions of Act XLVIII of 2008 on the basic conditions and certain restrictions of commercial advertising. In accordance with the provisions of law. The campsite also provides you the option to refuse. With this in mind, by providing the contact details of the email, you consent to the Campsite informing you by email about the events and news that it considers important. You can withdraw this consent at any time, without restriction or reasoning, free of charge, at any of the contacts provided at the bottom of the page.
The Campsite reserves the right to change the content of the website at any time without restriction or notice, to terminate or suspend any or all of its services.
You agree that the use of information downloaded and obtained from the Site or through the Site is voluntary, in takes place at your sole discretion and at your sole risk.
The services of the Campsite contain a number of connection points (links) that lead to the pages of other service providers. The Campsite cannot be held responsible for these links, the data contained therein or any damages that may occur due to the visit or use of those pages.
In addition to the above, the Campsite may request other data from time to time, while it shall endeavour to make sure that the amount and depth of additional information requested is proportionate to the benefits of using the service, and the extent of such data collection should be necessary for the purpose to be achieved.
By using the service, the user undertakes not to send any data or message that is in violation of a) any law, international convention, b) provisions of the ISP’s anti network-abuse policy c) any generally accepted Internet rule, d) with the requirements of good morals.
Users also undertakes not to disclose to third parties any personal data obtained through the use of the service without authorisation. They acknowledge that failure to comply with these obligations will result in liability for any damage concerned.
We would like to inform our guests that we operate surveillance cameras in the Campsite, in order to monitor the entry and exit of the Campsite so that we could identify unauthorized entries if necessary. The recordings taken by the cameras are stored for 3 days and provide it for review by an authority only – including Campsite employees or subcontractors.
